Chop Wood Carry Water

5:39 PM - 26 September 2014 ( 0 Votes )

There is a saying that says chop wood and carry water. In this episode we explore the possiblity of finding a sponsor or donor to our project, Three Rivers Farm and a Hypervillage. Finding the right company to stand by can be risking seeing as everyone is on the sustainable/green bandwagon. Its also difficult finding a sponsor that offers all that Fiskars Group offers. There is much work to be done at Three Rivers farm, much pruning, bushwacking and overwall home and garden work. You cannot go wrong with an Axe that offers a lifetime warranty and after using it can say that she (fiskars x27) is going to help me attain enlightment and if not, well I will have plenty of wood for this winter!

Watch-  What’s Possible a New Film for World Leaders on the Urgency of Global WarmingGreat scripting and having a narrator such as Morgan Freeman doesnt hurt, nor does the filmwork of Louie Schwartzberg. Great message and very inspirational, but the reality is things are moving so fast that its possible that we are beyond the point of no return and while we cannot stop climate change we can better prepare for the world ahead by taking actions now!

Sikkim named top region to visit in 2014 by Lonely Planet

2:25 AM - 31 January 2014 ( 0 Votes )
The scenic northeast Indian state of Sikkim has been named the best region to visit in 2014 by Lonely Planet, a leading global travel guide. A little over 5 years ago I made a three month journey to India and was fortunate enough to be able to travel to the region of Sikkim. This short 25 minute film documents my travels with Rico Zook international permaculture teacher who travels parts of Sikkim working with NGOS and communities around using permaculture. Sikkim was what James Hilton might have imagined when he wrote Lost Horizon, a true portal into an unknown world. Put it on your bucketlist if you want to get closer to Heaven before you die.
